Capture sessions at Fuerteventura

The yearly trapping session of vultures in June appeared highly successful with 31 birds captured in less than one week. We tagged one new bird with the GPS that previously belonged to 40F. Her picture was used in our paper on mud bathing and she became a very famous bird. Unfortunately, she recently died by (unintended) poisoning, showing the harsh reality these birds still face.
